我真係俾唔到個樣本俾你,但係有啲資料我都可以提供~

轉校信應包括：

１）為什麼要轉校？－－　搬屋？返學時間長？父母不大喜歡這間學校？（請不要盡數現讀學校的缺點，這是校長不喜歡的）
２）所選／申請轉讀的學校為什麼適合你？－－成績好？多課外活動？返學時間短？口碑好？環境好？師生關係好？有課餘功課輔導？
３）自己的成績及品行（學業與非學業）
４）自己的專長及興趣　(運動、音樂、美術、棋藝．．．．)
５）如蒙學校取錄，必定努力讀書，不負所託。

當然，信中也要附上個人資料（包括　照片、姓名、性別、電話、地址，現在就讀的學校、現在參加的課外活動等），並且附上原校成績表。
