On April 14 I bought a refrigerator from ABC Company, which is situated at 127 Kent Road, Kowloon. On the 28th of the same month the refrigerator stopped freezing and so I telephoned the store to send someone to repair it, as I was told when I bought the fridge that it was guaranteed for one year. However, I was told in reply that they were unable to accept responsibility for goods after they had been taken out of the shop.

Hoping that they would take the matter more seriously if I made a complaint in writing, I wrote to them a month ago. However, my letter has remained unanswered to this day. To my annoyance, I don’ t know what to do next, I am now writing to you for your advice.
