不是,在yahoo dictionary沒有。

it really depends how you think....

Negi is a name...but it's a japanese name...because we don't know how to say it ...so we just use the english way to say it and write it...... if you use type Negi ....then you will found a japanese cartoon charater.....

P.S. as long as you like it...you can just use this name....no matter is it english name or not....becuase my nick name...is cinyuki..same...it's japanses name...but i use english way to say and write it...^o^
