Invasive species are species which are introduced to areas in which they do not occur naturally. These species usually cause a disturbance in their new habitat, and disrupt the food chain and other biological processes in their new habitat.
invasive speices are any organisms that are exotic to an area and spread or reproduce rapidly. They compete with native animals and vegetation for survival, change soil composition and structure and may prey on endagered organisms or be toxic to native organisms. They are problematic as they do not belong in the natural environment and change the natural balance. This results in many negative factors as previously stated.
