how to call to 深圳 130XXX phone number??

i tried calling +86 130XXXXXX... but it doesn't work, i see that most of the cell phone in 深圳 is 1360XXXX... how come this number is diff? is there a different code i should enter also? this is the phone number of a prepay cellphone card bought in 深圳. i dont understand y call 唔到...~ plz help!

If you want to make a IDD call you need to apply the IDD service. Different company have their own code, e.g. PCCW 0060, Wharf T&T 007, New World 009, One Tel 1686 etc...86 is the country code (china) before this code you need to dial the company code.
So the correct number you dial should be (0060) 86 130XXXXX... (depends on which company you use)
+86 130XXXXXXX is only for sending the SMS

其实一般在国内的手机会是11个数字的,所以您数数是不是11字.
