There isn't really a representation of each letter in the alphabet. They say Charlie Kelvin 123 just to make sure the listener did get the correct letters, and there is absolutely no confusion, since sometimes C can sound like Z or T over the phone. But if you use a word instead of a letter, it is much clearer to the listener.
You can say Cathy Kenneth 123, and it would mean the same thing.
Actually, Kelvin isn't a good one for K, since sometimes Kelvin can be spelled Kelvin.
However, most of the time. they would say, C for Charlie, K for Kelvin, then 123.
So for any letters in the alphabet, you can practically pick any word that begins with the letter:
A for Apple ....
