Customer Services Officer
This role is available to Hong Kong residents or to those who hold valid working visas or permits.
As a Customer Services Officer, you will have one of the most important roles in our company. From the time passengers check in and board until the moment they collect their luggage, you will provide the highest level of personal service. If you have dreamed of a people-focused career in an exciting international environment, this is your chance. You will need to thrive on talking to and helping others, be naturally out-going and committed to improving every passenger travel experience. We will help you develop good interactive skills and learn how to resolve unpredictable and difficult situations effectively and pleasantly.
To become a Customer Services Officer, you must be a permanent Hong Kong resident and HKCEE standard or above with a pass in English (Syllabus B). Along with fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin skills would also be highly regarded. You should be available for shift work including overnight working. Ideally, you should have at least one year's customer service experience.
