呢兩間 no good. I think you can try to apply for Space (HKU) . Space's name is okay and the univerity partner they associated with is much higher in quality, such as LLU.
Hospitality Management studies up to diploma level is okay. If you have a good result at school,why not try the top-up at Hong kong Baptist Univeristy (just managemtn).
You can try other areas such as finance as a minor.

But you can apply CityU itself to transfer.
