why you have to remove your appendix? If it is not infected, leave it. If it becomes chronic inflammation, you can go to private hospital(get General Practioner referral letter first then get one surgeon) Do some blood test then book theatre day. You can stay one night after surgery. IF you don't want to pay, go to public hospital. Wait for 6 months

Such a general surgery! All surgeons should be able to perform it when he/she was the first day as a surgeon.
Any hospital with operating theator can do it
Cost 30-40k
