When the solvent is saturated and it cannot hold any more solute,
during the solvent evaporating, the solute will "get out" of the solution and form crystals and this process is called crystallization.
The difference between crystallization and solidify is:
Solidify(or freezing) is determine the temperature of the condition and the freezing point of the solution (element).
But crystallization isn't related to the temperature and it can occur during anytime. (or drop of atmospheric pressure)
