Your fiance has to submit I-129F to USCIS first.
About a month or two later, you will receive a package from US Consulate in Hong Kong and there are some forms and an instruction telling you what to do and what documents you have to prepare.
Once you have your medical exam report, cerificate of no criminal record and all other required documents and proofs of the relationship between you and your fiance. You have to send the filled out forms back to the US Consulate.
In less than a month, they will let you know when your K-1 visa interview is scheduled.
You will know if your K-1 visa is approved/disapproved on the same day you have your interview. The visa is valid for 6 months, and you can fly to US anytime in that 6 months period.

It depends. Once you're married (within 90 days upon arrival), your husband has to submit I-130, and you have to submit I-485. It took me about a year (three years ago) to get my green card, but lately some people can get theirs in about 3 months.

Note: All form fees will be increased by 100-150% on July 30th, 2007 and they suppose the applications will be processed more quickly. I-129F form fee will increased from US$175 to US$355, so if your fiance should submit the petition by then.
