Further our contestation on 6 June 07, Please find attached itinerary for your preview, please confirm your name is same as your passport. Beside, could you tell me your return date, I can reserve a flight for you.
Remarks: please accept our apologize, since we would like to reserve a business class for you but CX recommend doctor must seat behind of his patient. Lastly, I’m on or behalf of Mr. Chan to say thank you for your support.

Refer to our conversation on 6th June, 2007, the attached file is an itinerary for your preview and also want you to check whether the showed name is same as the name at your passport or not. Beside, I would like that you could tell me the return date because I can reserve a flight for you.

Please accept our apologize for arrangement of the booking. We would like to take your request to reserve a business class for you but CX recommended that doctor should seat behind his patient. We hope that this will not cause great inconvenience to you.
