點解整焗薯整極入面都唔熟?

點解我用錫紙買住個焗薯再用叉吉左隆,焗左30-45mins入面個著仔都係生生地,都唔林既?有冇咩方法整架,同埋焗著上面d配料有咩可以自己屋企方便d整又好味~

你可以吉左'lone' 之後, 先將成個薯仔放入微波爐叮8-10分鐘, 然後先再入放入焗爐再焗20-30分鐘(約180-200C).

至於配料,
1. 蕃茄焗豆+芝士碎 (bake beans and cheese)
熱左d 豆, 淋上薯仔面, 然後灑上芝士碎

2. 粟米粒配吞拿魚混美乃滋 (sweet corn and tuna mayonnaise)

1 份量
材料:
粟米粒 sweet corn in brine 4 大湯匙
吞拿魚 tuna 2 大湯匙
美乃滋 mayonnaise 3 大湯匙
橄欖油 olive oil 1/2 湯匙
鹽 salt 少許
黑胡椒粉grand peper 少許

做法:
1. 於中碗內, 將粟米粒+吞拿魚混合
2.於另一小碗內, 將美乃滋+橄欖油混合
3. 將(2)加入(3)中混和, 以鹽+黑胡椒粉調味即可

3. 粟米粒配雞肉粒混美乃滋 (Sweet corn and chicken mayonnaise)

1 份量
材料:
粟米粒 sweet corn in brine 4 大湯匙
雞肉粒 diced chicken cubes 2 大湯匙
(可用雞胸肉或雞脾肉)
美乃滋 mayonnaise 3 大湯匙
橄欖油 olive oil 1/2 湯匙
鹽 salt 少許
黑胡椒粉grand pepper 少許

做法:
1. 將雞肉洗淨, 用滾水烚至熟透. 放涼之後, 切成1cm x 1cm x 1cm
2. 於中碗內, 將粟米粒+雞肉粒混合
3. 於另一小碗內, 將美乃滋+橄欖油混合
4. 將(2)加入(3)中混和, 以鹽+黑胡椒粉調味即可

如果想再多d花款, 可以係製成品中再加入 1 大湯匙切碎既生洋蔥或者1 大湯匙既細粒西芹(切到好似粟米咁上下大小), 食落索索聲, 又健康.

3. 辣味涼拌捲心菜 (spicy coleslaw)

1 份量
材料:
25g 紅葉捲心菜/ 白椰菜 (切絲) red cabbage/ white cabbage, finely sliced
1/4 紅洋蔥(切絲) red onion, finely sliced
1/2 紅蘿蔔 carrots, grated
鹽+黑胡椒粉 salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 大湯匙美乃滋mayonnaise
1/4 茶匙 wasabi
少許檸檬汁 lemon juice

做法:
1. 將椰菜, 紅洋蔥, 紅蘿蔔混好, 以以鹽+黑胡椒粉調味.
2. 加入美乃滋, 檸檬汁同wasabi, 混和好即可.

以上配料可以雪藏2-5日.

你買D薯仔可能唔係焗薯.在惠康可以買到焗薯十元有找.
你要想D薯仔焗得靚,要注意以下幾點:
A.洗淨D薯仔,抺干水.用叉在薯仔上吉隆
B.用牛油擦勻薯仔
C.放入微波爐用高火叮4分鐘,然後翻面再叮4分鐘
D.取出薯仔在上面介十字,放入材料(如牛油,煙肉,芝士等)
E.焗爐預熱後(200度),放入D.焗25分鐘即可食用.

You cannot just use any of the potatoes. There are so many different kinds of potato and even they look very similar, it doesn't mean that they are the same. For bake potatoes, u have to buy the soft-cooking ones. Those soft-cooking ones will be baked throughly in about 30 minutes. The way you made it is absolutely correct, you just have to choose the right potatoes for baking.
For the dressing u can put butter, sour cream, chives, bacon and some cheese. Then just salt and pepper to taste.

Then the potatoes you have bought is not ripe enough. buy it 3 to 4 days before you bake it. DO NOT cook it before u bake it, as I have said, the method u used was absolutely correct. Just the potatoes are not ripe enough if you already chose the right potatoes.
