Good Morning, we have met each other in seminar this year, hope you still remember me.

At present, we are planning an activity related to enviromentally-friendly, and we would like to invite all Hong Kong students to join us by drawing pictures which reflect the kind of environment they would like to have. This activity will be a large-scale one in this academic year.

We are now publishing leaflets which promote our activity; and we would like to distribute them to all schools of Hong Kong, including primary, secondary schools, and private schools as well. However, we have encountered difficulties for we have no idea of the number of students in each school.

Since we last met, we have been deeply appreciating you and your company, for the way you carry yourself tell us that you enthuciastically support the development of a nice environment for our children. Hence, would you please kindly provide us the number of students in each school, so that we would not have excess printing which is unpleasant to our environment?

We would appreciate if your company would kindly accept our plea. Your support is of vital importance in leading us the way to our success.

Since we are a bit hurry, so may I have your reply at your earliest convenience?
