Wow Polish eh? I can't tell you where in HK you can learn Polish (or even find a Polish speaker!) - but have you learnt the language before? And how long will you be in Poland? If you're only there for a holiday then don't bothered - well maybe words like 'Hi' and 'Thank you' etc - you can always find a younger person on the streets who speaks English. Or even ladies/men around 30 to 40 yrs old. It's so difficult that I didn't even try and learn a few words before I went there for a holiday.
Good luck!

Ahh 4 months - I'm sure you can find some classes once you've arrived in Poland. However, that might depend on where in Poland you are staying.

You'll have to check the local immigration offices or people you work with to find out about those language classes. Yeah it's true to know the language a little in a different country but somehow I don't think Polish is available in HK...sorry.

Oh that also reminds me of one thing - both Russian and German are very useful in Poland, especially Russian.

You can speak to the locals in either of those languages and should have limited problems. So it's not just Polish that's useful there. All annoucments in train stations etc. are done in 3 (sometimes 4) languages - Polish, Russian, German and English.
