To whom it may concern,

I took the English course at Wallstreet Institute Jordan branch for the May 06 to July 07 term. But due to my irregular working hours from July 06 to February 07, I could not attend the course and almost stopped all my studies there.

So I am writing to tell you now and hope that due to the above reason, you will let me have the opportunity to extend my studies till September 07.

Dear Sir,

I have been studying in the Jordon branch of Wallstreet since May 2006, and I am entitled to attend the course till July 2007.

However, during the period between July 2006 and February 2007, my working-hour had led to my failure in arranging the time to attend the course as scheduled. My study here was therefore almost terminated during that period.

I would appreciate if I would have the mercy and the extention of the expiry date till the end of September 2007.
