Translation according to my knowledge:Stock (股票) is a kind of negotiable security (證券) with prices (有價).
It is a fund (資金) collection (籌集) in which the stock (股票) is to be distributed (派發) to the investors (投資者) by the stock company (股份公司). This is to act as (作為) the evidence (憑證) of a company ' s partial (部份的) capital (資金) to exercise (行使) the holding (持有) right (權).
People become shareholders (股東) so as (從而) to acquire (獲得) stock dividend (股息) & bonus (紅利).
