常在德又再被揭發和女模特兒拍拖，又被指禿頭，令秀琴感難堪。至逸前往探望至歡，眾人勸他回頭是岸，至逸卻表示決定了的事不會改變，文麗感心痛。至逸在庭上指仁佳至中風後開始神智不清，又舉例指仁佳曾在端午節要吃月餅，他遍尋不獲，最後要到外家的茶餐廳拍門求助。

至逸離開法庭，文麗怒摑他，至逸表示沒有遺忘凌巧的遺訓。眾人對官司打定輸數，在心卻表示有信心可打贏官司，至安更向凌莉表示，待官司結束後望可給錢至逸做生意，凌莉感奇怪。

文麗的家人分別上庭供，並表示至逸確曾在端午節拍打他們茶餐廳的門，求他們為外父弄月餅。在心卻怒斥他們作假證供，因根據人民人境事務處記錄，至逸在端午節前後十天，身在澳洲傾鮑魚生意，根本不在香港。此時，眾人才知道一切都是至逸安排，望因為口供前後不符，令秀琴贏面大減。

爭產案進入結案陳詞，在心將秀琴卅年前嫁入唐家開始說起，表示仁佳一直將自己的一半分給她，秀琴在聆聽席上傷心流淚。秀琴的代表律師結案陳詞，秀琴卻突然表示案件已結束，並向眾人道歉，庭上的人無不嘩然。常在德追至，秀琴欲駕車撞死他，卻在最後一刻醒覺煞車，常在德逃之夭夭。秀琴攬著至歡痛哭，並表示很怕再看不見他。凌莉、至安、至逸、至歡和至欣等前往拜祭仁佳和凌巧，告知已完成他們的遺願……
