如果我去台灣,可以用Visa卡購物嗎?
如果可以,還款的時侯是用哪個貨幣單位來還?(e.g 我用了兩千台幣)
會有手續費附加嗎?

Of course you can use the Visa card for shopping in Taiwan.As your card is a HKD card, you will billed in HK dollar.
I think there won't be any extra fee, but the exchange rate should not be good.
