如何將公司之e-mail保護,只可以在公司內開發....................................

1. Subject to your information, apparently; your email service is provided by your ISP (網絡供應商) should protect you, they should able to do the following.
- reset the email account password for you.
- reset all internet account and password.

2. You should inform your ISP that only authorized person can request for account changes and inquiry. You should give them an instruction black and white or email.

3. You are their customer, you should have your customer right.

你setup個internal network, 再set 隻email server (exchange/lotus domino), client就用micorsoft outlook 或 lotus notes client連隻email server

咁講好似好簡單, 但係一定要搵IT人做
