大陸的forwarder說先發到他們香港 的辦事處再經香港UPS出口比較穩 陣, 因為經大陸海關出口可能會有貪 污無顧扣貨留難和失竊等情況. 咁如 果大陸forwarder經香港UPS出口, 我 係咪要在香港報關?

如你的大陸工廠可從大陸直接出貨的話, 比較建議你從大陸直接寄UPS到英國.直接在大陸報關. 關於手續的部份, 只要提供UPS invoice 及 packing 即可.

大陸工廠要先由大陸報關出口到香港, 你再由香港報關出口至英國. 香港出口的手續部份, 只要提供香港UPS invoice 及 packing 即可.

you should do direct from china to England instead of via hong kong.
once to move goods to hongkong and declared import and export then
this will be export goods from Hong Kong.
if you go via UPS there is no need to declare customs since UPS will clear
for you goods by courier parcel.
goods value too expensive must require customs check.
ask freight forwarders to help you to transport goods.
