因為一人公司既意思, 其實只有一個文員係 office 只打文件和online(不用帶notebook出街做生意), 另有3個不懂用電腦既老闆.

That is crazy over-provided PC configuration just for Office document processing.
真的不需要買你指的那台電腦，因為用不著並且貴(化算)
見意你買平D，慳番D錢買正版 Office，防毒軟件等等

Should buy a lower grade model instead just $4,500
Remember you need money to buy MS Office $2,xxx

Recommend you buy Dell Dimension C521 E-value code : Q240551

this model is roughly the same as the one you mentioned.
CPU is also dual-core almost same speed,
same RAM, roughly same Graphic performance,
only 17" LCD is good enough (you are NOT doing graphic design 19")

AMD CPU has never been a problem (at least for me).

Most often we (business) are bound by BUDGET.
Price/Performance is an important factor to take into consideration.
