請問Audit report 怎樣寫?

我需寫一個關於Strategy management 的Audit report。請問有無人知audit report是點寫，有什麼format 寫？有邊本參考書可參考？請救救命，多謝幫忙！

The answer given is for audit report in finacnail reporting issued by external auditors but not the Strategy management audit report in Management Strategy Planning issue as requested by deric_friends. So, the answer is completely wrong.
