應該是Dr. Bank
Cr. Recevied rent
因為revence account增加是Cr的=3=
而recevied rent是一個revence account
至於為何不是Cr. Calvin
因為calvin根本不是你本身的debtor
可以逆轉一下來想
例如你交rent俾租比你果個人
你是Dr. Rent, Cr. Bank
而你不是Cr.租比你果個人個account[也根本不會開一個這樣的account吧]
