Why is Nymphadora's hair purple? It's supposed to be pink and spiked!
Tonks is a Metamorphmagus which means she can change her appearance at will. Just because her hair is purple and long in some set pictures, doesn't mean it will be for the entire movie. In fact we know that her hair will be at least one other color, red, thanks to some early set reports. As to whether or not it will be pink as well, we'll have to wait and see. Furthermore, the book states that Tonks has marroon hair when the group of wizards come to bring Harry to Grimmauld Place so it can be assumed that the picture was taken during filming for those scenes.

How long will the movie be?
According to Entertainment Weekly, it will be below 2 hours 22 minutes, making it the shortest Harry Potter movie up to date. Also note that the storybook had many more times the number of pages compared to the first 3 books in the series

　　哈利波特電影商華納兄弟電影公司已經將第五部電影【哈利波特：鳳凰會的密令】送給英國、美國等地的評級機構檢定，分別在美國獲得了 PG-13 的分級，在英國得到了 12A 的分級。根據英國的評級機構BBFC資料顯示，華納送給該機構的電影膠捲總長度共有一萬兩千四百二十五英尺又七個畫格，換算成時間單位共是02小時18分鐘04秒。

　　這個電影膠捲長度稍短於【哈利波特：阿茲卡班的逃犯】的02小時21分鐘32秒，很不幸地成為目前五部哈利波特電影中最短的一部電影。許多哈迷諷刺此電影將全系列最長的書籍改編成最短的電影，顯然有什麼地方「發生錯誤」了；導演、製片與演員們已不下多次在訪問中表示短片長對劇情的影響輕微，同時保證電影的精采，儘管許多哈迷們仍對此抱持相當大的懷疑，但在真正看到電影前，沒有人能夠真正知道用這樣短時間的所呈現電影究竟是好是壞。儘管片長短這部分絕對讓所有哈迷們有失望的感覺，但從其他方面來著眼，電影工作人員在場景、運鏡手法以及氣氛鋪陳等地方，著實下有不少的努力，若是這短短的兩個多小時內能帶來一部完美、擁有張力且視覺、聽覺效果俱佳的電影，相信大部分哈迷仍然會對這部電影感到滿意。
