新成立的有限公司，請賜教：

1.) Debit ??????????? HK$100
Cedit share capital HK$100

2.) Debit Bank account HK$10,000
Credit Director A/c HK$10,000?????
(Director account is to be reimbursed later)

更新1:

2.) Is the funds that the Director advanced to the company when opening bank account. So I think this double entry is acceptable?! right?!

比如，dr bank / cash
有時可以係assets
好似inventory / buildings/ motor van / office equipment / fixtures and fitting..)

Credit Director A/c HK$10,000?????

唔知你這個做緊咩
一般來說
debit bank
cr debtors/ sales ..

但係，你話directors 比錢，一會給返，咁都可以咁入
