Networking 問題 10PTS

本身屋用緊的internet已經有router同switche去shar俾6-7間房人用, 每間都有internet socket,
我有兩部computer.行windows XP
我插部router 去我間房的internet socket, Computer A 用wireless, Computer B 用lan 線 , A B都上網, 但share唔到file, printer,
我係computer A 會見到computer B, 但share 唔到野
我係computer B就見唔到computer A

高手請指教

1. I only use default Windows XP firewall.. 2. Both computer browser services are opened...

更新2:

Interesting thing.... computer A--wirless to my router... ping "computerA" the ip shows that it is from my room Belkin router, 192.168.2.4, default gateway, 192.168.2.1

更新3:

computer B--lan cable to my router ping "computerB" the ip shown is 10.35.22.53, I think this ip is from my house router they got different intranet ip range!!!!

Looks likely, you have two routers installed. One is shared by 6-7 rooms, and you have another one pluged to the data port in room. If my understanding is correct, you should have to turn off the DHCP server on admin page of your second router which is in your room.

Subject to the information above, you have two subnets, one is 192.168.2.x and the other one is 10.35.22.x, in order to share data easier between two computers, ideally, they should be on the same subnet which is 192.168.2.x or 10.35.22.x.

Except that, in order to share; you should turn off the XP firewall on both computers or configure the firewall to allow NetBios and RCP traffic on two computers.

check these 2 things?

1. any Firewall installed in either A or B computers ?

2. is computer browser already turned on in Service Tab (control pandel, admin tools, services)
