現在進行式+被動式?

首先你要知道，play這英文字本身就具有很多的意思，我們最熟悉就是玩、扮演、演奏等等，但其實它還有一個意思：根據Cambridge Dictionary，play可以解作： to cause a machine to produce sound or a picture或 to produce sound or a picture:（中文譯播放）。而第四版牛津高階雙解辭典，play其中一個意思是：producing music or sound(放音）

the tape is playing(錄影帶正在播放）的play就是這個”播放”的意思，所以並不需要用passive voice。

但你的句子”during the your tapes and disc are playing”出現了文法上與邏輯上錯誤，我們不妨一起討論：

首先是during這字是介詞(preposition)，凡介詞後面的名詞（即介系詞受詞）必須是名詞或名詞相等語，如：名詞、動名詞、不定詞（通常只用在but這介詞裏），名詞片語等等。但你的句子，卻用了子句，所以錯了。解決這錯誤，你可以用while。

第二，the your tapes多了一個your或the，只可二取其一。還有，是邏輯性的問題，除非你的係統有同步播放功能，否則就只可以每次播放一盒錄影帶或一隻DVD，因此，你應寫成：while the tape or the disc is playing.(但若你有幾部機可以同時一起播放，則用複數形和and都可以）

用 active form 已經可以了。

其實有很多 verb 本身可以用作「主動」及「被動」的意思，我們不需要用它們的 passive voice，例如 break, crack, cook, float, sink, need。

例如：
He breaks the window.
The window breaks.

I am cooking the vegetables.
The vegetables are cooking.

I need to do the job.
The job needs to be done.

I play the disk.
The disk is playing.

但是，你的 grammar 及 spelling 都有小小問題：

如你想說「當錄影帶或者DVD正播放時」，可以寫「When the tape or the dvd disk is playing」。當然要看看上文下理才可決定用 singular/plural 及 and/or。

另外，如果真的要用 passive voice，應該是 「is being played」，不是 「is been playing」。

最後，串錯了字，應該是 「equipment 」。
