After the problem of delivery goods to AX, our reputation has gone down by the customer and was assessed as "BAD". We can't put all fault on factory because AIR FORWARDER was also problematic in arranging to freight. (AX will handle this matter).
After meeting yesterday, we made some arrangement in order to have improvement on current operations and want to get back the confidence from AX.
1. make sure that the details of goods (which are delivered by the FORWARDER) are matched with Linmark's sales invoice. If not, please report to JOE immediately
2. when the goods have been shipped, FORWARDER should fax the MANIFEST to JOE immediately. Upon receiving the document, JOE will inform AX, LINMARK about the shipping details.
3. full check all related document to avoid the occurrence of TYPING MISTAKE (not just only A/X)
Hope that we could prevent this matter happen again in the future. At the same time, 1st June, 2007, Joe will go to Linmark for explaining the whole matter. Thus, if you know any problems from factory and want to let Linmark know, pls inform Joe within this day.
