如果用 what 應該是What is the weather like in Germany?
不過How about the weather in Germany?和What is the weather like in Germany?
還是第二句比較好，因爲前文有提到The weather in Hong Kong, it is so hot~hey ,（意思是香港的天氣很熱），所以是第二句才是對的
