1 = 2 的數學題 ??
First, let X = Y
Then, X – Y = 0
Also, 2X – 2Y = 0
So, X – Y = 2X – 2Y
So, 1(X – Y) = 2(X –Y)
According to mathematical skill, (X –Y) can be cancelled in both sides
Thus, 1 = 2 ?? As everyone knows, 1 definitely cannot equal to 2 . Therefore, there is something wrong in the steps. Can someone tell me what is going on?

in order to cancel the term x-y on both sides of the equation, you have to divide on both sides by x-y. However, since x-y =0, you cannot divide anything by 0 which is undefined. So the equation can not proceed further on 1(X-Y)=2(X-Y).
其實我覺得第一個Step已經錯
當x係1..y係2...1都吾會等於2...
都做吾到落去...
參考: myself
1( X -Y) = 2( X -Y)
1 ( 0 ) = 2 ( 0 )
0 = 0
Left hand side = right hand side
