awesome是使人害怕之意，awesome使人有負面的感覺，是一條惡法；但看後文，想這條校規是對同學有益處的，所以用：嚴格會好一點：用strict或stringent都可
to tell my school president to make up...，好像是你命令你的校長，所以你最好用說服，可以寫成
I will try to convince(persuade) my school principal to add this stringent(strict) school rule.

首先最後的in our school必須刪除，因為它使句子太累贅；第２，a good grade是指他們只得一科好成績，其他科目未然，想這也不是你的意思，所以要用good grades,　　還有so是所以的意思，你的句子是想說：以便，所以要用so that
so that everyone in our school can get good grades.
全文如下：
At last, I still hold fast to my opinion, although this is not an existing school rule, I will try to convince(persuade) my school principal to add this stringent(strict) school rule so that everyone in our school can get good grades.

In the end I still agree with my opinion. Although it wasn't a real school rule, but it was a good idea which I could suggest to my school's headmaster/headmistress and let everyone in school can have a chance to get a good grade.

I have used CAPITAL LETTER to show my correction:

at last ,i still stay on my opinion,althougH this is not a real school rule, i will try to tell my school presdient to make up this aWEsome rule for our school so THAT everyone in our school can get a good grade.

1. Should be "althougH", NOT "althoughT"
2. Unlike Chinese, No "BUT" should be followed with "although" in English.
3. Should be "aWEsome", NOT "aEWsome"
4. Add "THAT" after the "so" will give a stronger sign for the effectiveness of your advice.
5. Delete the last "in our school" after "get a good grade" coz it is too wordy...

Fisrt of all, "Grammar " is the right word.

At last I still stay on my opinion. Although this is not a real school rule, I will suggest this aewsome rule to our school headmaster/headmistress (depends on man or lady). So every pupil can gain benifit and get higher grades for their test results from it.

* You can't use "but " in the although sentence!
