Several collateral vessels are demonstrated reconstituting the anterior tibial artery and the tibial peroneal trunk. The anterior tibial artery has a satisfactory calibre down to the ankle. Both the posterior tibial and the peroneal arteries also have a satisfactory calibre and can be traced down to the ankle.
No significant lesion is seen in the left side
