想補充樓上一些資料
“正確的superifical股動脈和腿彎部動脈倍數狹窄。”應理解為「於右股動脈及膝後窩的動脈中發現多起因粥狀班塊狹窄之處。」
“更低的腹部大動脈，共同的腸骨和髂外動脈在雙方在正常極限內。”則為「下腹部主動脈，髖部及髖外動脈的血流量是正常的」
PS: Doppler sonography 多用於量度血液於血管中的流量及情況。

The report suggest the above disease: Peripheral vascular disease of the right leg
With the findings of stenosis (mean narrowing ) of the right leg major vessel (that is the superifical femoral artery and popliteal artery).
This report simply tell you that there is narrowing in the main artery of the right leg (located in the thigh and knee region).
The symptom of such narrowing may be no symptom, or thigh pain, leg pain with long walking. In severe narrowing situation, there may be ulceration of the toes and even dead toe(black coloration)
Risk factor that contribute to such narrowing:
1. Cigarette smoking
2. Hypertension
3. Diabetes
Treatment aim at two direction
1. Control the risk factor
2. Drugs that use to control the symptom that the patient suffer!
