男仔戴頸鍊 , 通常都係有2種選擇
(1) 比較粗的銀鍊
(2) 皮繩加一個銀飾吊咀
你可以去mong kok瓊華中心睇下 , 都有幾多款係適合男仔的!!

i think simple design is the best. i suggest you take a look in agnes b or links of london style, then go and find similar designs.
