If the property is used solely for long term investment and for own used for residence, there is no profits tax being charged if disposed. Profits Tax wil then charged at 16% on the profit.You only have to pay the (1) Crown Rent and (2) Rates, say $3,000 each on a quarterly basis.

你的樓用來自住,是要交差響同地稅.而不用交物業稅.
