開設股票户口點解耐要公司同意??

請問各位知唔知道原來o係銀行及保險公司或投資公司等工作,而自己想於任何一間銀行開設股票户口時,係需要得到受雇公司同意呢? (要受雇公司發出一封同意信才可)
銀行職員話因為這些公司是受到証監會監管,所以必定要這樣的手續。點解呢? 咁又點同公司講呢? 咁私人既事...

This is a requirement when a person open a securities account while a person is working in the similar organisations. The objective of it is to identify or prevent any trading with insider information which is quite easily obtainable in banks, isurance companies and investment companies or an issue on money laundry.

Just let your employer know that you are having a securities account. They normally don't prevent you to do so. You just notify your employer in a form as a matter of fulfiling the requirement and it is a procedure.
