為何不可寄銀仔去外國/本地? Because under HK Laws Chap 98 郵政署條例 Sec. 32 禁寄物品
(1) 任何人不得投寄、交付郵遞或藉郵遞寄送─
(a) 任何包含或裝載可能使郵務人員蒙受危險或可能使其他郵包受污或受損的東西的郵包；
Coins inside an envelope can damage machines when they are being sorted and it is not recommended because of theft.
有價值既野係唔寄得 --> It is not non-mailable, rather it is again, because theft can occur and when the mail is being sorted, valuables can be damaged and the Post Office is not responsible for claims.
