在 Photoshop Tool bar， 去Image ＞Image SizePixel Dimensions 是在电脑的size
Document size 是你要打印照片的尺寸。
将你要的size填入就行了。

PhotoShop can not resize, but you can resize an image using Photoshop
suppose you are using the English version. Choose Image->Image size... then enter a new dimension. Normally, you should keep the width and height proportional, so by default, if you change the width, the height will be changed also.
