係無web site可以check架，不過你可以找一些幫人做CO、FORM A、EXPORT LICENCE (歐盟QUOTA)的公司，
他們可以幫到你，又或者問一下你的forwarder，他們可以直接問當地公司o麻!
我之前走textile就一定要！

about this. because they have customs broker who can check with local customs, or
you can ask freight forwarders to learn from their agents in Europe.
