樓主, 其實在你買omega 3之前, 要了解何謂omega 3 (亞麻酸), 及當中的成份。ALA, DHA, EPA 三種是構成omega 3的原素。

所以並不存在哪者較好之說。而是要三者一同吸收才能發揮功效!
另外, 如果想對心臟有益, 對兒童專注力及腦部發展有幫助, 單單是Omega 3 的攝取並不足夠, 需要再吸收omega 6 (亞油酸)。
