when calculating with RATIO only, we can then say that b=(3x3 - 2x2)root = root5 = 2.23606...

cosθ = root5/3 = 0.745355...
tanθ = 2/root5 = 0.894427...
with sinθ=2/3

(cosθ / tanθ )+sinθ = root5/3 over 2/root5 + 2/3
= 5/6 + 2/3
= 3/2 = 1.5

cosx/tanx+sinx
=cos^2x/sinx+sinx
=(cos^2x+sin^2x)/sinx
=1/sinx
=1/2/3
=3/2
