因請了律師到指定地點證婚，需以兩位新人名義請幾位外藉人士到場觀禮，想自製一張西式結婚觀禮咭,但不懂編寫英文內文,請指教...內容如下:

誠請參加證婚典禮（因已知當晚這幾位會座夜機走，所以只請他們觀禮）
敬希能提供格式及是否全文都需編中填寫,最好有樣本

if you only invite them for the ceremony, no need to mention about the reception (dinner).
if you put R.S.V.P. you will know in advance if the guests are coming or not. indent or center the text is more appropriate however it depends on the layout of the invitation card, therefore you better talk to the printer/supplier and ask for their suggestion.
