A local college sold very similar computers 3 years ago for $30.00 each (without an OS or dvd/cd burner)I honestly wouldn't even buy a computer like that today, even the parts are obsolete and useless in a modern system. (except for the dvd/cd combo)
However if it is all you can afford and you need one, $25-45 would be about right.

i have an eight year old computer it works just as well as yours and it has windows xp in it and i took mine to a computer rerun place and all they would give me is 35.00 dollars. so hope this helps.

umm honestly maybe 150 bucks its way outdated and thats the way the pc world works.. not really a resale value cuz theres nothing really there to salvage
