The correct answer should be D.

The solution of Pb 2+ (aq) will dissolve in excess ammonia to give out a colourless solution. This is due to the formation of soluble colourless complex ions.

As something for extra, solution of Al 3+ (aq) and Zn 2+ (aq) will also dissolve in excess ammonia to give out colourless solutions.
