No, Pigeon is a bird but not a mammal. mammal must have breast and nipple to let their new birth to fee their milk, taht is why we call us mammals. As human being will have their mother to feed their babies by their own milk. But Pigeon don't have breast and I have never heard about that Piegron will drink milk.

Pigeons and doves comprise the family Columbidae within the order Columbiformes, including some 300 species of near passerine birds. In general parlance the terms "dove" and "pigeon" are used somewhat interchangeably. In ornithological practice there is a tendency for "dove" to be used for smaller species and "pigeon" for larger ones, but this is in no way consistently applied, and historically the common names for these birds involve much variation between "dove" and "pigeon".
