材料

  荔枝味喱粉 3包

  罐裝荔枝 1罐

  淡奶 1罐(大)

  Ingredients

  lichee jelly powder 3packs

  canned lichees 1

  evaporated milk 1large can

  

  做法 Method

  1. 罐裝荔枝隔去水份,瀝乾,切粒,待用。

  Drain off the liquid in the can of lichees. Drain lichees and dice.

  2. 喱粉用400毫升滾水拌勻至溶化,注入200毫升冷開水攪拌至涼,加入淡奶、荔枝粒拌勻。

  Dissolve jelly powder in 400ml of boiling water. Stir until jelly powder has completely dissolved. Add 200 ml of cold boiled water and stir until cool. Add evaporated milk and lichees and mix well.


  3. 將布甸溶液倒入模形中,放入雪櫃冷藏至凝固,可伴以蜜桃粒及薄荷葉上桌。

  Pour the mixture into moulds. Refrigerate until the mixture has solidified. Serve.

荔枝凍布甸

材料:
荔枝20克,鮮忌廉20克,大菜12克,魚膠粉
2克,鮮奶40克,石溜水4克,薄荷汁少許,
薄荷葉2片。

製法:
1.大菜加水煮開。
2.加入薄荷葉,薄荷汁,鮮忌廉,石溜水,鮮奶,
魚膠粉及已切粒的荔枝攪勻,入冰箱冰凍即成。
