what grammar problems and word choice problems do they have?

d. Please be advised that you should sigh the form before 1 March.
e. At the present time, our CEO is having a meeting with a very important client.
f. You will be happy to know our Central shop will be open until 12 midnight on Christmas Eve.

Business English do focus on sentence in the positive way

a. We will be able to make a Friday delivery.
We will deliver your goods by Friday.

b. Mandy is a competent and efficient clerk

c. Enclosed is the latest catalogue for your reference.

d. Please have the form sign by March 1.

e. Our CEO is having an important meeting now.
( if you say with a very important client, you are saying the person/client you are talking to is not important). You can add ( Is there anything I can do for you?)

f. We are exciting to have our Central shop open until midnight on Christmas Eve for you.
( This will make your clients feel important)
