一個AB血型的人可否生一個A型或B型的嬰兒？

AB血型既人如果同一個A血型既人結婚生BB, 個BB血型有可能既組合係A型, B型, AB型, 但係點都唔會係O型.
因為A血型可分純合子同雜合子兩種, 純合子意思係一對基因都係表現A血型, 雜合子意思係一對基因內一邊表現A血型, 另一邊表現為O血型. 係雜合子既倩況吓, 表現A血型基因為顯性基因, O血型基因為隠性基因, 因此該人血型為A型. 純合子就不用說, 當其與AB血型既人結婚生BB, AB血型基因分成A血型基因同B血型基因與上述A血型基因或O血型基因重組, 因此出現組合為AA, AB, AO 同BO四種, 即時A血型, B血型, AB血型三種.
