Making mind runes:Use mind talisman to mystery ruins(the mystery ruins beside goblin village).And then craft altar

Earth runes:
Skills:You need a earth talisman and lvl 9 runecrafting lvl and rune essence(or pure rune essense)
Making earth runes:Use earth talisman to mystery ruins(the mystery at the south of lumber yard).And then craft altar

first u need to do rune myterious quest(non-member quest)
